After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. The shipping cost includes the handling fees. Sacred Cycle Inc is not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
Sacred Cycle Inc will ship in-stock products within 1-5 business days in most cases. large orders may have longer lead times, in which case we may contact you regarding your estimated ship dates.
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible by using flat rate shipping through USPS, shipping costs will increase depending upon the weight and number of boxes.
At this time we only offer shipping to United States and a few international countries. Please inquire with us directly regarding any international orders that are not clearly available at checkout.
Delivery Refusal
If you refuse the delivery of our product for any reason you will be held responsible for all initial shipping and re-delivery charges.

All sales are final. In the event your product arrives damaged to your bottles or if you feel the quality of the product is compromised this must verified by either sharing photographs of the damage or the product returned to us so our customer service team will work to replace your order.
